Christmas delivery information
Please note that in order to receive your order in time for Christmas, you must place your order by 3.00pm on Thursday 20th December. Please note that this only applies for items which are displayed as “in stock” on the website at the time of your order.
At Lupend Stores we know you want your products as soon as possible so we aim to dispatch all orders the same day we receive them (subject to order time). All deliveries are FREE and are shipped via our preferred carriers.
Our distribution centers opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.am to 5.30pm. Orders received and cleared for shipping before 3.00pm will be processed that day, subject to stock availability. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding bank holidays), subject to stock availability.
Orders dispatched via our secure couriers may be processed for delivery same day . Every product has a stock indicator next to it letting you know whether the item is in or out of stock. If an item is available for next day delivery, that option will be offered at the checkout stage. If for any reason there is an error in our stocking system, or a product ordered has an exceptionally long lead time we will contact you to explain the situation.
Orders placed between 9am-5:30pm and cleared before 3pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed outside of this time will be processed the next working day.
Your order is then dispatched via our secure courier service. Want to track your order? As soon as we dispatch your order we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number and a link to the carrier so you can follow your product’s journey.
Orders can be delivered between 9am and 5.30pm. Please note that the courier will require a signature when delivering your product.
We have chosen a secure courier company as our delivery partners. When you choose to purchase from us please choose a delivery address that is able to accept deliveries between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm. Please be aware that the driver will require a signature for the order. Prior to your order being delivered, you will receive an email from us confirming the details of your order. You should also receive an email from the carrier confirming the date of your delivery. At this point, if you wish to change the delivery date to a day more convenient to you, there is a link on the email to enable you to do this. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel at your given address the driver will leave a card to re-arrange a suitable delivery time. In most cases the delivery can be arranged for the next day.
